Job Summary

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Planning Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and services to support operational improvement priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new or redesigned services and programs to support operational improvement priorities.
  • Lead the integration of evidence-based systems and tools with program/service improvement initiatives.
  • Establish frameworks, plans, and objectives to outline operational improvement initiative outcomes.
  • Provide consultation and advice to Program Leadership on quality performance critical incidents and client complaints.
  • Develop and implement education plans for quality improvements and provide facilitation and coaching to clinical program/service teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Seven years' recent related clinical experience in a nursing and/or allied health care discipline.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
Competencies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement principles, methods, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply project management and/or quality improvement methodology.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
