Job Summary:

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the planning and development of programs and services that support the organization's vision, values, and purpose. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, project management, and leadership, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive operational improvement priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program planning and development strategies to support operational improvement priorities.
  • Lead the integration of evidence-based systems and tools with program/service improvement initiatives.
  • Establish framework, plan, and objectives to outline operational improvement initiative outcomes.
  • Provide consultation and advice to Program Leadership on quality performance critical incidents and related organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement education plans for quality improvements and provide facilitation and coaching to clinical program/service teams.
  • Develop and recommend tools and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate the progress and outcomes of clinical initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Seven years' recent related clinical experience in a nursing and/or allied health care discipline in an acute health care environment.
  • Five years' recent related experience leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects.

Competencies:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement principles, methods, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply project management and/or quality improvement methodology.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
