Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing leads, and working with our agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals, including developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Property and Casualty license, preferably obtained.
  • Must be life licensed within 90 days.
