Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

Prestressed Systems Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our buildings.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

Our team works in all weather conditions, and you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment.
