Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Water Damage Technician to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will play a vital role in mitigating the impact of water damage on homes and businesses.

Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $22-$28 per hour (full-time / permanent) commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Water Damage Technician, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, assessing damage, and executing effective restoration strategies. Your strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of water damage incidents
  • Executing effective restoration plans to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve timely and efficient results
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to satisfy On Side's criminal record check requirements
  • Intermediate-level English language proficiency
