Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at Provisions Food Agency. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and guiding potential clients through our event and catering options.
You will prepare and send proposals, pricing breakdowns, and customized packages using our catering software. You will also follow up with potential clients, track responses, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Your goal will be to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring seamless execution of booked events.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent client relationship skills, a customer-focused approach, and exceptional communication skills. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and website forms in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualify leads, provide information, and guide potential clients through our event and catering options.
- Prepare and send proposals, pricing breakdowns, and customized packages using our catering software.
- Follow up with potential clients, track responses, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, proactively driving revenue.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Event Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of booked events.
- Maintain CRM records to track client communication, proposal statuses, and conversion rates.
- Stay informed on food trends, industry insights, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or similar position.
- Excellent client relationship skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Hospitality, event sales, or catering experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working with sales and event software.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
