Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Marriott International, you will be responsible for supervising daily F&B/culinary shift operations and monitoring compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. You will assist in the ordering of F&B supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms, and supervise staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve F&B operations and increase guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control F&B costs and ensure that they are within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
