Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Client Service Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing acquisition prospects at scale by focusing on sectors that demonstrate Personal and Affluent Banking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage Acquisition Bankers to sell to new and existing customers via visits, virtual engagements, and telephone.
- Support client entrenchment and servicing in Personal and Private Banking.
- Develop and implement strategies to aggressively grow the market in line with financial and non-financial objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and client management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
