Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing acquisition prospects at scale by focusing on sectors that demonstrate Personal and Affluent Banking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage Acquisition Bankers to sell to new and existing customers via visits, virtual engagements, and telephone.
  • Support client entrenchment and servicing in Personal and Private Banking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to aggressively grow the market in line with financial and non-financial objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Personal and Private Banking industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
