Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Engineer to join our team as an Urban Mobility Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the design and planning of various transportation projects, including roadways, intersections, and active transportation networks. Your expertise in transportation engineering will enable you to develop practical solutions that effectively meet client needs and project goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee detailed design of transportation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, traffic studies, proposals, and other documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, supporting their professional development and encouraging knowledge-sharing.
  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in transportation engineering, with knowledge of roadway and intersection design, traffic flow analysis, and active transportation infrastructure.
  • Adaptable and solutions-driven, with a focus on practical solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
