The RoleWe're looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to lead designs for municipal infrastructure projects within their areas of interest and expertise. As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced personnel, including expert specialist engineers, client managers, and project managers, all dedicated to ensuring your success. At TRUE, you'll find the best of both worlds: we're large enough to offer expert services across all aspects of civil engineering, yet small enough to maintain a family-like environment where everyone's contributions are valued.

- Mentorship Skills: Enthusiasm for mentoring junior staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment that encourages professional development.
- Proven Experience: Experience in civil engineering, with a background in municipal infrastructure and/or land development projects.
- Adaptable and Solutions-Driven: Resourceful and adaptable, with a focus on practical solutions that effectively meet client needs and project goals.
- Project Design and Planning: Develop and oversee detailed design of municipal and land development projects in the Kamloops area, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
- Technical Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and other documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely and collaboratively with project teams of other experienced Engineers, EITs, technologists, and other professionals.
- A competitive salary of $90,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
