Reporting to the Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible for managing the kitchen team during food preparation, ensuring high guest service standards. Key responsibilities include executing kitchen policies, preparing food according to recipes, and managing production schedules. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute kitchen operational policies and procedures
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
  • Manage production schedules and staff requirements
  • Involved in recruitment and hiring of staff
  • Monitor and manage service, quality, health, and safety
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Operations management experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven ability to plan and organize, with attention to detail
  • Assertive, professional, and positive with team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
