Brand Production Director

Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Brand Production Director to join our team. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing best practices, processes, and tools to ensure the efficient delivery of games, media, and projects across the brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Collaborate with departments to consolidate and connect roadmaps and production plans
- Manage a centralized team of producers and project managers
- Ensure processes for managing scope, resource planning, and change management
- Own budgets, P&L, and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Strive for continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor KPIs and create avenues of support for teams
- 10 years' experience as a senior video game producer or production manager
- Experience as a project manager with a proven track record of completing major games/projects
- In-depth knowledge of video game development
- Influential leadership and analytical skills
- Results orientation and ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of change management
