Product Brand Manager

Made by Gather, a B2B portfolio of small kitchen appliance brands, is seeking a seasoned product brand manager to drive growth and innovation. Reporting to the Director of Brand Product Management, you will leverage your expertise in consumer-centric product strategy to identify opportunities and develop compelling messaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding product assortments into new innovative white space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with consumers.
  • Partner with the Director and Product, Engineering teams to drive new product development initiatives and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with Marketing Brand leads to ensure consistency of messaging across packaging, in-store signage, e-commerce, and other marketing assets.
  • Translate consumer and customer objectives into compelling product marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably in small kitchen appliances or consumer electrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external teams to drive growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
