Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodstock South. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
