Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at NB Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent service and achieve business objectives.
  • Operations and Administration: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations, including front desk duties, room management, and maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue streams to ensure financial sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
