About the Role

Mainstreet Equity Corp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases: Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that terms are met and agreements are executed.
  • Property Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Financial Management: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, ensuring that financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Client Communication: Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive payments and manage financial transactions, ensuring that all financial obligations are met.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service, answering clients' inquiries and providing information on our properties and services.
  • Property Showings: Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, providing tours and answering questions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Office, and electronic mail.
  • Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
