Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Program Manager to join our team at KIDSLAND CHILDCARE CENTRE LTD.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children aged 0-12 years old.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs and taking children to local points of interest, promoting their creativity and curiosity.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers, ensuring their basic needs are met.
  • Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits, promoting good hygiene and self-care practices.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioural problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians or supervisor, supporting their growth and development.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in childcare principles and practices.
  • First Aid Certificate, ensuring the health and safety of children in your care.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-12 years old, preferably in a childcare setting, showcasing your expertise and passion for this field.
