Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canada Freedom Financial Center Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our financial operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, planning daily operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including Google Docs and MS Access
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and other relevant software
