About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Data Management Analyst to join our Center of Expertise team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing data and co-running projects with local Data Management Teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate projects across various domains and business functions
  2. Work with the Global Data Management Team to establish timelines and review resource requirements for project activities
  3. Lead change management activities for all affected resources and contribute to the organization, process, and technology design
  4. Conduct business process analysis and mapping
  5. Track, report, and communicate progress against plans
  6. Ensure Data Management business operations within the assigned scope of responsibility
  7. Develop and implement data management solutions, policies, and procedures for the Divisions within the scope of the responsibility
  8. Monitor service levels for the execution of creating, maintaining, and archiving data management processes
  9. Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators for Data Quality and SLAs
Requirements
  1. Strong experience with master data management
  2. Experience participating or co-leading projects
  3. Strong data analytics focus with Excel practice (if, vlookup, pivot tables)
  4. Proactive approach
