We are seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our team at Multiview Corporation. This role will play a critical part in the implementation of our software, focusing on Materials Management.

Job Description

This position requires a strong understanding of Materials Management principles and experience working with clients to ensure successful software implementation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Materials Management Specialist within the healthcare industry, championing operational tasks using different Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS) or ERP Software.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance for integrations, recommending product configurations, and ensuring effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to specialist for all things Materials Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for Materials Management implementations.
  • Improve existing implementation practices around Materials Management.
  • Continually improve how our product integrates with third-party systems.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Commerce, Bookkeeping, or related Materials Management experience within the healthcare industry. At least 2-4 years of experience in a Materials Management role or related experience is required. Additionally, you should possess excellent client service skills, be self-motivated, and have experience in client-facing situations.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a Materials Management role or related experience.
  • A degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Commerce, Bookkeeping, or related Materials Management experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Passion for client success, technology, and software implementation.
  • Strong aptitude for software usage – preferably in Financials/Enterprise products and services, financial software, Materials Management etc.
  • Excellent client service skills; self-starter with experience in client-facing situations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, training/coaching, and interpersonal skills in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with the ability to multi-task, probe, analyze and problem-solve with critical attention to detail.
  • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills with a great sense of urgency to organize, schedule, and facilitate meetings effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and employees in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with little supervision.
  • Willingness to be coached, mentored, and driven to reach your fullest potential.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
