Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Siding sales team in Acton, ON. As the Sales Manager- Siding, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of outside sales specialists, inside sales specialists, and estimators focusing on siding products.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for the region to achieve company sales goals, profitability, and increased market share.
  • Maintain high visibility with key accounts and suppliers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Manage sales reporting, including overall sales revenue, gross margin, and forecast opportunities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with major accounts, specifiers, architects, building owners, developers/contractors, installers, municipalities, and designers.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to assess local market conditions.
  • Previous experience developing sales programs that generate business opportunities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary ($90,000) per year, annual incentive plan based on company performance, health benefits, group pension plan with employer matching contributions, and more.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with weekly travel up to 40-60% of the time driving within Ontario, with occasional overnight stays. Doman welcomes applications from people with disabilities and offers accommodations upon request.
