The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Fullstack Software Developer to lead our technical efforts and shape the future of our services. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using a Microservices architecture and a range of technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, Serverless framework, GraphQL, MongoDB, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality software is delivered
  • Shape the future of our system design through technical planning and strategic initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and bring new ideas and design patterns to the table
  • Lead and mentor junior developers to expand their knowledge and skills
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in the development process, coding, testing, and deployment
Requirements
  • Expertise in back-end development, including data, APIs, queues, security, scalable systems, and reliability concerns
  • Experience with technical planning and effectively communicating plans with others
  • Mastery of programming principles and one or two programming languages, with a keen interest in expanding skills to new languages and technologies
  • Advanced experience in TypeScript and GraphQL, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Familiarity with different types of data stores and databases, including non-SQL databases
  • Experience working with larger teams and projects that span multiple teams
