We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Fullstack Software Developer to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our development team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the architecture and direction of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions
  • Lead technical planning and implementation of new features and technologies
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure knowledge sharing and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in the development process, coding, testing, and deployment
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned software developer with a strong background in fullstack development, including back-end development, data, APIs, queues, security, scalable systems, and business logic. You should have expertise in programming principles, data structures, and software design patterns.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Advanced experience in TypeScript and GraphQL
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Familiarity with different types of data stores and databases
  • Experience working with bigger teams and projects that span multiple teams
