The Role

We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to collaborate with our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality code, building exciting products and features, and fostering best practices like automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Lead by example, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in back-end development, including data, APIs, queues, security, scalable systems, and business logic.
  • Demonstrated ability to build full-stack web projects that include cutting-edge technologies and complex business logic.
  • Strong expertise in programming principles, data structures, and software design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, AWS, and containerization.
  • Familiarity with different types of data stores and databases, including MongoDB.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
