About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team at Ontario Health. This role will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing the flow of information to and from the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing the flow of information.
  • Manage the calendar of appointments for the Executive Team, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Executive Team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for the Executive Team.
  • Provide support for special projects and events, as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a college or university, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a public sector or non-profit organization.
  • Strong administrative skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
