Job Summary:The Healthcare Delivery Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our single-location center, expanding our services and team, and upholding our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee clinical caseloads and provide supervision to both provisionally and fully licensed clinicians.
- Develop and implement new therapeutic programs for clients and trainings for clinicians.
- Ensure administrative health of the practice in keeping with practice protocols and codes of ethics.
- Supervise Site Manager and address site issues with building management.
- Maintain a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming environment for clients and team members.
- Full Clinical License as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience in clinical operations and supervision.
