Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Support Technician to join our team at B4U Videos & Computer Repair and Punjab Wireless. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and education to customers on how to use our products and services effectively.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues resolved and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
