Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste, providing valuable insights for management decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting areas for improvement and successes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work setting: Food service establishment
  • Tasks:
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
