Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our Subway Sandwiches & Salads team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train new hires in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
  • Conduct inventory management to estimate ingredient and supply needs
  • Maintain quality control standards by inspecting food preparation and presentation
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Monitor sales data and maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or related industry
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work on-site with minimal remote work options
