We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at DG General Construction Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Human Resources: Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Communication: Represent the organization in external communications, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure effective internal communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
