We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at BC Women's Hospital + Health Centre. As a key member of our NICU team, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in neonatal care.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the NICU.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved program of Nursing Education.
  • Current practicing registration with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Current CPR and Newborn Resuscitation Certification.
  • Neonatal Theory 1 from BCIT or completion of BCIT Neonatal Nursing Course diploma (or equivalent program).
