Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the right candidate, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, scheduling appointments, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including data analysis and employee benefits management.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and organize staff consultation procedures.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 month of experience in a related role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
