Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and installation of medical imaging diagnostic systems to ensure optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the installation and calibration of new equipment installed in hospitals and clinics
  • Support company policies, procedures, and practices
  • Provide field service for commissioning, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Maintain diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Meet customer expectations in terms of quality of service and communication
  • Complete documentation related to products, test reports, and service records
  • Travel to hospitals and clinics to carry out planned and unplanned service activities

Requirements:

  • College diploma in electronics, computer science, or electromechanics, or a relevant field of study
  • At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, preferably in a hospital/medical setting
  • Strong mechanical or electromechanical skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems, Windows operating system, and networks
  • Expertise in analysis and problem-solving
