Your Role: Assistant Branch Manager (Temporary)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at our La Pocatière location. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of our branch, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support to the Branch Manager in overseeing all aspects of branch operations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across different departments, fostering effective communication and coordination.
- Motivate and supervise team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
