As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and versatile role that allows you to live your ambitions and have a positive impact on your own life as well as the lives of your clients and colleagues.
Your Responsibilities:- Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, building lasting business relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement, referring clients to specialist colleagues as needed.
- Adhere to compliance and risk management rules, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for clients.
You will be part of a team of experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more. Our team values passionate people and bold ideas, working together to ensure our clients reach their goals and colleagues do what they love.

Requirements:- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
- Positive attitude and empathy for clients.

- Ability to adapt to different situations.
