Medical Territory Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the medical device market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales quota and revenue growth objectives.
- Schedule and conduct sales calls with current and potential customers to promote our medical products.
- Analyze sales figures and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hospital personnel and physicians to identify key purchasing decision makers.
- Develop and implement pricing packages that address specific customer needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers and facilitate future sales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales.
- A four-year degree with a background in sales and proven track record of success.
