Medical Territory Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our medical devices to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales quota and increase revenue
- Schedule sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives
- Analyze quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports to identify areas for improvement
- Establish pricing packages that address specific customer needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales
- A four-year degree with a background in sales and proven track record of success
