About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live-in Resident Manager to join our team at The Vibe in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the property, providing exceptional customer service to residents, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide first-line problem-solving and conflict resolution to residents, building strong relationships and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of on-site tradespeople, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations.
  • Perform snow removal and salting duties during winter months.
  • Host resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with other team members.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and/or customer service.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in the property management industry.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
