Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Provide first-line problem-solving and conflict resolution to residents, building strong relationships and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of on-site tradespeople, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing property rules and regulations.
- Perform snow removal and salting duties during winter months.
- Host resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Share on-call responsibilities with other team members.
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and/or customer service.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Previous experience in the property management industry.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
