About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Services Specialist to join our team at Hazelview Properties. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, fostering a positive living environment, and promoting our Story of Home brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and extraordinary service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our Story of Home culture and values to residents, colleagues, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve resident issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall resident experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, building trust and rapport through effective communication and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and resident satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
