Senior Executive Vice-President for Health, Education, and Community Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Vice-President for Health, Education, and Community Services to join our team at the Gold Medal Health Center. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in health, education, and community services, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize and organize the establishment of major departments, and co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as economics, health care administration, or business administration.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the health, education, or community services sector.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
