Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Vanstars Education Ltd. as a Vice-President of Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to promote education and community services.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to drive organizational growth.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and resource allocation.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve strategic goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them to create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
