Senior Executive Vice-President, Trade and Broadcasting Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Vice-President to lead our Trade and Broadcasting Services division at Alpha Stone (1998) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the division, aligning with the company's overall objectives and goals.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and infrastructure, to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that support business growth and development.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Exhibit a team player attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the trade and broadcasting industry.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma, with a strong focus on business administration or a related field.
