We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Deskside Support Technician, you will provide expert technical support and maintenance for our computer equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for computer equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new equipment
- Ensure seamless operation of IT systems
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, including certifications and a Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting MacOSx, iOS, Windows 10, and Windows 11 OS
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with hardware and software issues troubleshooting
- MS End Point Configuration Manager (SCCM) and MS-Intune expertise
- Ability to lift computer equipment
- Full G License without restrictions and a personal vehicle for travel
- Mandatory: eligible for a deep-dive security check and possess a friendly open personality
**Preferred Qualifications**
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MSDST), Microsoft Certification (MSCSE), Microsoft Specialist in Windows 10/11 preferred, ITIL Foundation Certification, Apple Certified Associate, or equivalent
