Retail Sales Manager Job Description

At Beauty Hera, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily retail operations to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail sales management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing staff
  • Strong marketing and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
