Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at Six Side Logistics.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Budget Control: Plan and control budget and inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Compile inventory reports to provide insights into stock levels and supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management.
Personal Qualities
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Judgement: Strong decision-making skills to make informed decisions about inventory levels and supply chain management.
  • Organized: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including mentorship programs, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth, Indigenous people, mature workers, and visible minorities.
