About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Case Management Specialist to join our team at Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre. As a critical member of our staff, you will play a key role in supporting the reintegration of offenders into our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview offenders to assess their adjustment problems and develop personalized reintegration plans.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and service providers to ensure a comprehensive support network for our clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the offender's progress and make recommendations for further support.
  • Develop and coordinate life skills workshops to promote offenders' rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
  • Liaise with community services and agencies to provide offenders with access to necessary resources and support.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
