Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Manage and control medication inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on new medications and treatments.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmacy services and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of pharmacy systems and software, including Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems.
