Delsol Auto Collision Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled collision repair specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled technician who can perform a wide range of tasks, from inspecting repaired vehicles to planning and executing repair work.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Plan and execute repair work, including cleaning and maintaining the workspace
  • Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame, as well as underbody components
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces
  • Repair or replace interior components
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment with odours
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the field of employment an asset
