Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines
  • Restock supplies and ingredients
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment:

The Kitchen Helper will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure situation.
